Dear Hardworking Individual with limited time to diet and exercise,

You’re here, right now, reading this text because you know you need to make a change. These are only excuses because most people don’t realize how easy it really is to get in shape in modern times. The way your parents dieted and exercised is archaic in modern times. We have so much information and technology tied to the study of the human body, it’s easy to optimize a person of any background, genetics and current physical condition. From being largely overweight to just wanting a 6 pack, the process doesn’t require as much as you think.

I’m here to tell you it doesn’t have to be hard. I’m serious! It doesn’t require you to spend hours in the gym, and it doesn’t even mean you can’t eat your favorite foods like pizza and ice cream. You can have it all and then some, if you’re willing to follow a plan.

The problem for most people, and I’m guessing that’s why you’re here, is that they can’t stick to the plan because they don’t have accountability.

The reason people don’t get the results they want from diet and exercise is because they quit, cheat or do both. Definitely worth it, the workouts are tough exactly what I wanted. The diet is specific to you, with easy options and flexibility. Damen is always available over text or phone call if needed. Would definitely recommend.

Iam definitely stronger then when I first started the 90 day program and I’m currently on month 3, what I like is also how soon damen answers my questions and explains very thoroughly. Another upside is his meal plans and If you go to the gym out of your regular time he has a schedule for you to go about your meals for those days as well. Definitely recommend!

The fact that Damen will work with anyone and everyone that is motivated to make a lifestyle change is amazing in itself. This is the first experience that I have had where the communication is so personal to my life that even little changes when I can not focus my full attention on the nutrition and workouts have still yielded results I thought I’d never see. If you’re looking for a personal connection to your training and nutrition to meet your goals this is the right decision no doubt about it.

I’m currently on week 8 of this program. My goals were pretty basic, drop body fat / add lean muscle mass. 8 weeks in and I’m up 13lbs and down 2 belt loops. The meal plan initially looks insane to keep up with, but by week 3 I had the whole meal prep process down. Outside the body changing benefits I’ve experienced less joint pain, no bloated awful feeling after eating, more energy, better sleep and just an overall better quality of life.

The custom workout and meal plan he’s made for me has yielded amazing results, I’m in the military on meal card but he still managed to make a meal plan out of my food choices that worked perfect for me. Always a text message away whenever I had questions and he regularly checked up on me and my progress and added different workouts and changes depending on how my fitness goals were coming along. 10/10 would recommend.

There is so much knowledge and experience to be gained from damens personal 1 on 1 coaching its unreal! Honestly everything from your job, to your food intake, to your workouts is broken down in such a personal unique way that its kinda hard not to achieve your goals of a lifetime through him! Hes always there for you 24/7 thru email, texts, phone calls, etc etc.one of the things that I like most is that he treats you more as a friend rather than “just another client”!!! I’m glad I dedicated my everything to him, because he is showing me exactly everything I need to know, to be everything I’ve ever wanted to be! Wouldn’t change a thing.

I am constantly traveling so cooking isn’t always available. I love how D-man set me up with a back up meal plan when I’m on the Go. I am constantly flying and driving on last minute business trips so a back up is always available and with out me feeling guilty for not following my meal plan.

I found out about Damen through snapchat and followed him for a while before finally taking the next step and joining the 3 month plan. Hands down the best decision I ever made for my fitness. The custom meal plans and work outs are amazing and the best part is that if I don’t like any food I am eating or any exercise I am doing I can just shoot him a text and have something else substituted that better suits my needs. I have had real life personal trainers before as well, but this makes it better because I can still workout at whatever time of the day best works for me instead of scheduling my workouts around a trainer’s schedules. His program helped me achieve the my goals in terms of weight loss as well as muscle gain and I am very thankful, I will continue to follow the meal and workout plans that I have received from him. If you are someone who is on the fence, give this a try, I guarantee you will not be disappointed by the results as long as you are willing to commit to follow the program.
